Role Overview:

The Safety & Compliance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all safety, health, and compliance programs throughout the organization. This role ensures adherence to OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and AISC certification requirements while fostering a culture of safety across both shop and field operations. This position has responsibility for safety and compliance initiatives across all All Things Metal Industries companies, including ATM Steel, RoXteel, KorFab, and Rhino Central Services. The Safety & Compliance Manager serves as a key resource for employees and management, providing leadership in safety training, incident prevention, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position oversees safety orientations, inspections, audits, investigations, corrective actions, and recordkeeping while ensuring all required certifications, training records, and compliance documentation are maintained accurately. This role works closely with managers, supervisors, and employees to identify risks, address safety concerns, and ensure consistent application of company policies and regulatory requirements.

ATM Steel

ATM Steel, formerly All Things Metal, is our structural steel fabrication and erection team. We focus on large-scale projects in the Phoenix area, bringing experience, capacity, and precision to every job. Our name reflects the size and scale of our work while staying true to the iron-strong relationships we’ve built over 22 years.

RoXteel

RoXteel serves the industrial and data-center markets, delivering specialized solutions for high-tech clients. Our team focuses on precision and speed, handling large-scale projects with care while keeping our people-first philosophy—so every team member goes home safe at the end of the day.

KorFab

KorFab provides quick-turn components and architectural metal panels. Our nimble team delivers quality and creativity for smaller, specialized projects while staying aligned with the core values and support of All Things Metal Industries.

Rhino Central Services

Rhino Central Services is the backbone of All Things Metal Industries, providing HR, finance, and IT support exclusively for ATM Steel, RoXteel, and KorFab.
